Sketch Process :
» Visit client location and analyze the floor plan
» Collect important details and provide rough design draft
» Prepare initial design layout as per client requirement
» Discuss and refine layout after client feedback
Design and Proposal Process :
» Prepare actual working design drawings, details and specifications
» Helping client decide on contractors, vendors, etc
Execution and Supervision Process :
» Regularly monitoring and coordinating with contractors and supervising the work
» Making sure we meet client expectations on approved designs and specifications
» Monitor work is progressing properly to meet time deadlines
» Checking workmanship quality
» Verifying contractors receipt and bill payments
Completion Process :
» Going through a checklist to make sure all work is completed
» Checking and fixing defects
» Finalizing the billing process with contractors and vendors |
